Takleef refers to the start of religious obligations for individuals (about the age of 9 for girls and 15 for boys).
The festival began with the recitation of verses from the Holy Quran by one of the qaris of the mausoleum.
Then, Muammal Khalifa, the host of the ceremony, introduced the sections of the festival, which included a speech, a play about chastity, and a song about chastity and hijab.
Sheikh Miqdad Al-Kaabi, a professor at the Islamic Seminary of Najaf, delivered a speech that included a message for girls about an approach to the life and chastity of Hazrat Zahra (SA) and the importance of chastity and hijab.
The festival witnessed the participation of three thousand girls of the age of Takeel along with their families and teaching staff from various schools in Najaf governorate of Iraq.
In addition, girls from European countries including Ukraine and Sweden were also present and expressed their joy at the honor of wearing the hijab in the holy site.
